The Catholic Council of Women is excited to announce that we will be the new caretakers of the
Garden Of The Unborn at Mt.Calvary Cemetery.
We will be going on the 3rd Saturday of each month @11am starting in March and continuing through September.
We will be planting, weeding, and doing a general clean up of the area.
We want to help maintain this sacred place as a beautiful area for all to go and pray for these precious little souls in our unceasing efforts to see and end to all abortions.
As women and mothers, we want to honor these unborn souls as we tend to the soil of the garden and pray for the day when all new life is respected and protected.
The CCW would like to invite you to join us!
Please plan to bring your own garden tools and gloves.

Spring Blessing Bag Success! The CCW had a very successful first year donating blessing bags to the Weigand Homeless Resource Center and Mommy bags to the Pregnancy Resource Center. With the help from many friends and family, we were able to put together 25 toiletry kits for the Weigand Homeless Resource Center so they can continue to bless those who come to them with needs, seeking their services. These bags contained items such as hats, socks, lotion, chapstick, and more. The CCW was also fortunate to work with the Respect Life Committee to put together 20 wonderful mommy bags with items for new moms like hair ties, lotion, face cream, and nail kits. These kits will help the Pregnancy Resource Center continue its mission to help women who need services during pregnancy helping them with healthcare and other services. A beautiful card was included in each bag letting the recipient know that they are loved, cared about, and prayed for. Thank you to everyone that was involved in this project and made it a success!
It is said; Cleanliness is next to Godliness.” Bring your elbow grease and join the ladies of the Catholic Council of Women (CCW) to clean the parish hall downstairs; no heavy lifting, no bathroom clean-up, no equipment to bring. It takes 6 people approximately 2-3 hours to complete the task. Make it a family event, all are welcome. Please join your faith community on the 4th Saturday of each month at 10 AM, downstairs in the parish hall. For more information or to notify CCW of your commitment to a Saturday, please call Robin at 209 502-0904.
